Rest Day...
Day 47-Thursday
I have almost nothing to really say about today. It was supposed to be a rest day from working out, but the barbell was there....and I felt like doing some Good Mornings and sit ups! So I did...21-15-9 with 45 #. Apart from that we took a morning swim the kids and I. We came in for lunch and waited for Krys to come for the afternoon. I am still watching her until school starts but her moms job changed from mornings to afternoons. We dropped off Bay's registration to La Petite Academy and came immediately back for another swim. Josh's JEEP has no AC so we were dying! 104 degrees here. We swam until 4ish and came in to make dinner for Josh as he would be home from the academy soon. One of our fav meals, turkey burgers in lettuce wrap and sweet potato fries! Bed by 9....but I'm sure up by 4 :)

Let me take you to RIO RIO!
Day 46- Wednesday
The day started early as usual. Texting with my mother about the plans for the day and letting the kids watch their movie of the day. It was yet again...RIO! They love the music so much (as do I) that we downloaded the album online. So they were more than pleased when it was time to turn off tv because they could "turn on" music and dance the "SAMBA" around the house to the RIO soundtrack. We danced, colored and did puzzles today before hitting the road for groceries on base. I am so sorry this video is flipped sideways...I can't rotate unless I buy the quickplayer pro version and I refuse.
So we headed to the base with a quick stop by the trash compactor. Wild Kingdom strikes again with a beautiful white bird. I am thinking a heron of some kind? Egret perhaps?
After the trash we went shopping at which point I picked one cart and clipped my keys to it as I usually do...well the kids picked another cart and we had to up and move to that one. Did I un-clip my keys? Well I wouldn't be bringing it up if I had! So an hour later we are leaving the store in the "rocket cart" with a clerk who speaks NO ENGLISH helping me out. I get to the Jeep and have no way to open it....holy cow I totally left my keys clipped to the other cart!!! In a panic we all rush back to the store. I am thinking we will have to totally have to search the thousands of carts for my keys! I approached the store manager and before I could finish the sentence, " Hi I clipped my k...." she interrupted with, " they are in the cash window over there." Pointed and walked away. Well OK THEN. I understand being in a rush but wow. We headed home from there so Linda and I could do our workout and then get a good hour or so poolside. really nothing else to report! We soaked up some sun into our tired sore muscles! One heck of a workout today! 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 #65 lb dead lift, thrusters, sit-ups, and #25 side crunches. YOWZA. Linda has lost a ton of weight working out with me! My back is feeling it today.
Linda left at 1 after sampling my pulled chicken which she loved. And I started to plan the dinner for when Josh got home. Decided to go with cavesketti! Spaghetti squash with the insides peeled out and drained to look like sketti, then I used paper towel to soak up the water, they are very juicy squash! I put it back in the skin of the squash like a bowl. Made a salad and meatballs in home made sauce with the herbs from my plants! Delish!
Delicious end to an evening. In bed by 8. Oh and Jasper has been going down at 7 waking at 230 for a meal and going back down until 7! I will take it! :D

Back to Life- and cooking!
Day 44- Monday
Monday Monday...so today Josh started the academy up in Kings Bay GA and my friend Linda started her new job as well so I had Krys 10-8. I can't wait for ME to start a job...ya know with a paycheck, not just this mom business. Really kind of spent the day poolside again, it was all the kids talked about in Fort Myers, going to our "new home pool". Waited for Josh to show up to tell me all about his day at the academy. Its very structured and planned out and each week has a theme. Lots of power points the first day he stated, and tomorrow is the PT test. We had an amazing dinner...a new recipe I kind of created. Want to hear?
1 quart of chicken broth and a splash of almond milk or coconut milk(for color) ( if your not paleo use cream)
2 chicken breasts ( thinly sliced up)
2 cups broccoli
1/2 green jalapeno very finely minced
1/2 cup finely ground almond meal for crust ( I added a dash of Italian seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder with salt and pepper to the coffee grinder....yes I use that to further grind up my almonds into a powder almost)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder ( for broth)
1 tsp onion powder ( for broth)
2 tbsp arrow root
Heat the chicken broth almond milk chicken breast and broccoli in a large sauce pan on the stove. Add
all the spices to it and stir until boiling and smelling delicious. When chicken is nearly cooked add the arrow root and stir. After another minute or so, add about 2-3 tbsp of your almond meal to the sauce to further thicken it. Pour all ingredients into an oven safe dish and sprinkle the remaining almond meal on top. Bake at 400 for half hour to 45 minutes....then turn on your broiler to brown the almond crust.
I served with my own caulicous cous recipe I made....it really is like fine cous cous...amazing!
Half a head of cauliflower run through a food processor until it looks like cous cous.... Heat a large skillet with coconut oil ( or olive)....add the cauliflower and a 1/4 - 1/2 cup of sun dried tomato vinaigrette ( paleo peeps look for sugar and gluten...I used a gluten sugar free one I got at grocery store) if you don't have this, almost any salad dressing or seasoning will add flavor to the cous cous!
Yes not the most luxurious recipe, nor am I fantastic at writing them out....and I am sure I "dashed and pinched" other things in...but I can never recall! I have no picture of this plate....darn it! Was so good!
Day 45- Today is Tuesday.....Tuesday spaghetti all you hungry children come and eat it up! Sorry for the Eric Carle reference. But its perfect in regards to today's activities. So I have decided the kids watch too much tv. I leave it on in the morning while I clean, get ready, plan the day, etc. Plus we are up at 5...what else is there to do?! I have decided to channel their energy elsewhere and keep their hands busier. So they watch a few shows on PBS in the morning ( or RIO 50 times!) and then the TV goes off at 7. At 7 today I had play doh ready for them to go at it on the counter.
Success! I didn't hear a peep other than small chatter between the two of them, there was the occasional smack of a hand when one tried to take the other's dough, but otherwise silence. Blissful silence! I did three loads of laundry scrubbed my floors, planned the day, unloaded and loaded dishwasher, drank coffee, showered, got the workout of the day planned, cleaned their room and my own, fed Jasper, put him down for a nap ( he was up at 4) and swept and scrubbed my porch. I also managed to apply to four jobs online as well. I mean seriously!! From now on they will have projects to do! This was all within an hour!
Krys and Linda arrived around 10 and we did our workout of the day ( WOD). She brought a barbell which is AWESOME!
6 rounds 10 65# overhead squats 10 walking lunges 10 situps 10 pushups. I did 6 to push myself but Linda is still new to this so she did the prescribed 5 and I am so proud! She kept the pace with me! She has lost quite a bit in 3 weeks and even lost a pants size! I have to keep pushing myself because my body is used to crossfit and the way I eat so....I am not losing so drastically, although my shape is much different. For the better of course.
After our workout we laid out in our bikinis! Hey, we are doing something about it so why not. Tanned our hide, she was flapjack I was pancake. Timed flips, timed dips! The sun did not cooperate and we only got about an hour. We took a dip with Jasper too before heading inside, the kids were all ready for lunch. Linda went and got them BK ( she spoils them rotten) while I got all the kids bathed and dressed and prepped Jasper for a nap. Lunch came and went, and so did Linda and Krys. Just me and the kiddies until dad gets home...what shall we do? NAP!
I was more than pleased when Pip fell asleep on the couch at 2.....then about 230 Bay says, " my eyes are getting tired mommy." By the time I went to the bathroom and came out, she was also asleep on couch. Jasper had been up for an hour and was fussing for food and a nap so I locked the front door and brought him in to my bedroom. We laid down and before I knew it I woke at 415 to two sleeping babied, ( Bay had joined us). What a great nap! The kids remained asleep until dad got home and then some. We had to wake them for dinner at 520! Speaking of dinner, another recipe all my own! I saw that my friend Cait had gone and had pulled pork....from then on I couldn't get the tang of pulled pork out of my mouth! Problem...I have no pork in house! I have chicken...problem solved!
So here is what I created...
3 chicken breasts
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup apple juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup jalapeno mustard
1/4 cup honey ( agave)
Pinches and dashes as much as you like of salt pepper, cumin, onion, chili and garlic powders
Place in crock on high for 5 hours or low for 8.
Tear chicken with two forks....oh my my my so good. Then add a paleo bbq sauce or make your own. Pretty much making sure no added sugar, high fructose corn syrup or molasses in the bbq sauce. IT CAN BE DONE! I will post a recipe that my friend Cait shared. She has an amazing website with amazing food!
Paleo Barbecue Sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 cup water
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1.5 tsp yacon (can also maple syrup)
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve and enjoy!
Ok so apart from this I made sauteed Kale greens...way to "spicy" for me. I added too much pepper for one...but also I don't like the flavor of Kale unless in Kale soup! But still I tried. Also made the best caulimashed taters I have ever made. Put half a cauli in microwave on the "fresh veggie" option for 10 minutes. Place in food processor with 1.4 cup chicken broth, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder. Process until fluffy smooth!

My Happppppy Place...
Day 40- I am behind!
Ok so on Thursday I was researching schools for Baleigh to go to. Here in FL they have something called VPK- voluntary Pre-K. The teachers are trained but are not actually certified teachers, which is a tad scary. The school systems have some scattered around here and there. if you are in an area where the school does NOT have VPK, then you go to the children coalition of JAX or the early childhood coalition and you get a certificate and a list of private schools and daycare's to chose from and you receive 3 hours of VPK a day. I wanted something close since you are responsible for the childs transportation. I wanted something nice, friendly and in a good area. So I chose a school in ARGYLE. Argyle is this community within JAX that was built up by the upper middle class from Orange Park in Clay county, just a minute south of us. It has its own main road, its own stores, its own school system its own EVERYTHING. It is open to the public of course, but it is very exclusive and pretty much untouched. I found La Petite Academy on the list and heard it was a good little school. If you search online they are everywhere, all over the U.S. I went to visit and to the open house and am a tad leary on the teacher. She had no desire to look at Bay's portfolio, stating she would do her own assessment and didn't know what an IEP was.... ( Individualized Education Plan). Ummm.... I am thinking I may check out a few more schools next week? There are some private ones on the list, both Catholic and Christian among others. Nothing else exciting for this day. Not even any pictures really. But the weekend....now thats a different story!
Day 41-FRIDAY!
I love Friday, it means I get the hubby to myself all weekend. This particular Friday it means I get to go away to my happy place! FORT MYERS! Josh left for work at 330 this morning because of an anti terrorism front or something with terminology I am probably destroying and under estimating the importance of. Regardless, he was home by 9 which means we could be Fort Myers bound by 10! Car packed, iced coffees in hand and all the babies strapped in for the short haul, we were off by 1020.
It was a quick jaunt compared to the 19 hours trip down here when we moved. But once you reach FM its like you are in a new world. It feels very Caribbean to me. If Captain Jack were to vacation I think he would come here. it is so hard to describe why I love it here so much....its very internal.
Fort Myers makes me feel like a free spirit, a true pirate and a scallywag! But I don't love it as a tourist. I love all the local things that I have been fortunate to experience due to having friends and family live here. So I am realistic about it, if I were able to live here, I would know what I wanted to do with free time and I would know what and where to go, the ins and outs. And I know I would have to work. Ok so enough about how much I love it here. We got in at 349 pm and headed to my in laws condo. The girls immediately attacked their grandparents with hugs and kisses and begged for a ride on the golf cart!
After a swim in the indoor pool at Nana and Grampas we enjoyed a delicious grilled chicken and root veggie dinner followed by adult beverages. We headed off to my friend Heather's condo for the remainder of the evening and enjoyed her veranda while the kids watched their new movie Rio!
Day 42- SATURDAY!
I watched the sunrise from the screened in veranda while the girls watched the golf course be washed and dried, yes they clean it every morning which is amazingly interesting to watch if your four!
The world has melted away the messy outer coating and just left behind the ooey gooey delicious caramel center. That is how Fort Myers makes me feel. Crazy I know. This is my happy place... I could have an affair with Fort Myers if possible. Even I get sick of hearing how much I love it here. We spent the morning at the causeway which is another reason I love this place. The causeway is a locals type place to go relax, camp out for the day and swim. It is located under the bridge between sanibel/captiva and Fort Myers. It reminds me a bit of Fort Adams but with that "island" feel. It has picnic tables grills, clean bathrooms, beautiful shade trees that even l you swim in the water in shade if you want. Amazing sea life for the kids to explore and no waves so the water is clear and easy to swim in without worrying about undertow etc. Kid friendly for sure.
One aspect I love about FL is it reminds me of places up north but with that Carribean feel that I love so much. It reminds me of Block Island in some aspects when your on the water front, Payne's dock (spelling?) in particular. When I was kid and we went to Block every October and May there was a wooden raft that we would all get on and go under the buildings right there on the water. This is simlilar. The water front here has my favorite Ft. Myers dive, Bonita Bills. This is a local yocal bar and eatery with docks and its own fishing/shrimp boat that goes out for the food they serve. It is not shrimp season so the boat was dockside, the girls thought it was a "truelife pirate ship mommy!?" This little piece of gold is hidden under the bridge to Fort Myers beach and would not really have a tourist ever seen inside. There is local music and fresh well cooked food on the cheap! Today Peppermint Patty was playing. She is a female Capn Ron with a dash of Saucy Silvia if you can picture that, or if you even know of whom I speak. She has a deep husky voice, constantly smoking a cigarette in one hand while playing the keyboard with the other. Linda loves this lady so I went up and asked for a picture with her....she was more than happy to oblige. Now recall the husky voice? Well when she sings...its beautiful! Amazing what the electronic voice machine she has does! She sang a few songs while Josh and his parents had some drinks under the umbrellas on the dock and the girls and I explored the docks and the wild kingdom type creatures visible in the shallow water.
Our adventure ended Saturday night with a cookout at Nana and Grandpas after some well deserved ice cream for the girls at the Love Boat. Oh lord is that stuff good. I saved my cheat meal for ICE CREAM! They make it home made there and have incredible flavors like Malt Ball and Key Lime pie. The problem is (if that's possible), there are huge chunks of this stuff in the ice cream so you spend more time chewing while your ice cream melts away and runs down your arms! A child size is two scoops while an adult small is nearly three humongous ones! The girls had bubblegum and birthday cake ice cream and thought it was the best stuff on earth! Agreed! Bed time came early and I cleaned up Heather's condo getting ready for the trip back home in the morning...
Day 43 -Sunday...time to leave
Not much to report today. We got up bright and early and headed back home after a quick goodbye to Nana and Grampa. Very sad to leave...We noticed the trip back took much longer. The kids were antsy, upset about leaving Fort Myers and complained the entire way home. When we finally got to the house about 4 after a trip to the base, Josh lit up the grill (poured a cockatil) and prepared to cook our typical weekend meal of steak and veggies. Linda visited for a quick chat and cocktail when the kids went to bed. We noticed the house was warmer than usual. For some reason the air conditioning is not working properly. So happy that is considered a priority here at Lake Gray and I know they will be here first thing in the morning once I call them. Thank god! 85 is NOT ok in my house, 79-80 is fine. Tomorrow Josh starts the police academy at Sub base in Kings Bay GA. Excellent! He will be using my car since I have air conditioning for one, and the JEEP is old and busted ( sorry hun) and really not up for the 100 miles daily trip. Besides the gas to fill the JEEP is ridiculous and would cost a small fortune! Here is to hoping they find him a government vehicle soon that he can use to drive up there for the next 5 weeks! I will be researching further on some schools for Bay and hope to visit a couple and make a decision. lots of open houses and meetings for the school year have already started so I need to get one picked.
So I will keep you posted on tomorrows activities!

The school systems have some scattered around here and there. if you are in an area where the school does NOT have VPK, then you go to the children coalition of JAX or the early childhood coalition and you get a certificate and a list of private schools and daycare's to chose from and you receive 3 hours of VPK a day. I wanted something close since you are responsible for the childs transportation. I wanted something nice, friendly and in a good area. So I chose a school in ARGYLE. Argyle is this community within JAX that was built up by the upper middle class from Orange Park in Clay county, just a minute south of us. It has its own main road, its own stores, its own school system its own EVERYTHING. It is open to the public of course, but it is very exclusive and pretty much untouched. I found La Petite Academy on the list and heard it was a good little school. If you search online they are everywhere, all over the U.S. I went to visit and to the open house and am a tad leary on the teacher. She had no desire to look at Bay's portfolio, stating she would do her own assessment and didn't know what an IEP was.... ( Individualized Education Plan). Ummm.... I am thinking I may check out a few more schools next week? There are some private ones on the list, both Catholic and Christian among others. Nothing else exciting for this day. Not even any pictures really. But the weekend....now thats a different story!
Day 41-FRIDAY!
I love Friday, it means I get the hubby to myself all weekend. This particular Friday it means I get to go away to my happy place! FORT MYERS! Josh left for work at 330 this morning because of an anti terrorism front or something with terminology I am probably destroying and under estimating the importance of. Regardless, he was home by 9 which means we could be Fort Myers bound by 10! Car packed, iced coffees in hand and all the babies strapped in for the short haul, we were off by 1020.

Fort Myers makes me feel like a free spirit, a true pirate and a scallywag! But I don't love it as a tourist. I love all the local things that I have been fortunate to experience due to having friends and family live here. So I am realistic about it, if I were able to live here, I would know what I wanted to do with free time and I would know what and where to go, the ins and outs. And I know I would have to work. Ok so enough about how much I love it here. We got in at 349 pm and headed to my in laws condo. The girls immediately attacked their grandparents with hugs and kisses and begged for a ride on the golf cart!

After a swim in the indoor pool at Nana and Grampas we enjoyed a delicious grilled chicken and root veggie dinner followed by adult beverages. We headed off to my friend Heather's condo for the remainder of the evening and enjoyed her veranda while the kids watched their new movie Rio!

The world has melted away the messy outer coating and just left behind the ooey gooey delicious caramel center. That is how Fort Myers makes me feel. Crazy I know. This is my happy place... I could have an affair with Fort Myers if possible. Even I get sick of hearing how much I love it here. We spent the morning at the causeway which is another reason I love this place. The causeway is a locals type place to go relax, camp out for the day and swim. It is located under the bridge between sanibel/captiva and Fort Myers. It reminds me a bit of Fort Adams but with that "island" feel. It has picnic tables grills, clean bathrooms, beautiful shade trees that even l you swim in the water in shade if you want. Amazing sea life for the kids to explore and no waves so the water is clear and easy to swim in without worrying about undertow etc. Kid friendly for sure.

Our adventure ended Saturday night with a cookout at Nana and Grandpas after some well deserved ice cream for the girls at the Love Boat. Oh lord is that stuff good. I saved my cheat meal for ICE CREAM! They make it home made there and have incredible flavors like Malt Ball and Key Lime pie. The problem is (if that's possible), there are huge chunks of this stuff in the ice cream so you spend more time chewing while your ice cream melts away and runs down your arms! A child size is two scoops while an adult small is nearly three humongous ones! The girls had bubblegum and birthday cake ice cream and thought it was the best stuff on earth! Agreed! Bed time came early and I cleaned up Heather's condo getting ready for the trip back home in the morning...
Day 43 -Sunday...time to leave
Not much to report today. We got up bright and early and headed back home after a quick goodbye to Nana and Grampa. Very sad to leave...We noticed the trip back took much longer. The kids were antsy, upset about leaving Fort Myers and complained the entire way home. When we finally got to the house about 4 after a trip to the base, Josh lit up the grill (poured a cockatil) and prepared to cook our typical weekend meal of steak and veggies. Linda visited for a quick chat and cocktail when the kids went to bed. We noticed the house was warmer than usual. For some reason the air conditioning is not working properly. So happy that is considered a priority here at Lake Gray and I know they will be here first thing in the morning once I call them. Thank god! 85 is NOT ok in my house, 79-80 is fine. Tomorrow Josh starts the police academy at Sub base in Kings Bay GA. Excellent! He will be using my car since I have air conditioning for one, and the JEEP is old and busted ( sorry hun) and really not up for the 100 miles daily trip. Besides the gas to fill the JEEP is ridiculous and would cost a small fortune! Here is to hoping they find him a government vehicle soon that he can use to drive up there for the next 5 weeks! I will be researching further on some schools for Bay and hope to visit a couple and make a decision. lots of open houses and meetings for the school year have already started so I need to get one picked.So I will keep you posted on tomorrows activities!

Don't Drink the Water....
Day 39-
well Wednesday finds us back at the Dr. office first thing to meet our "new doctor". I am not sure if I will keep this man as I want someone who will be around (if we stay here) through the children turning 18. Now I am realistic, even a young doctor could leave, but why take the risk when I have choices now. Jasper needed shots and proof of immunization so it was a necessity to find someone stat. I can not believe this little man is 2 months old, but as the Dr. said, "nothin' little about him!" He is not overweight nor is he too tall, but he is WIDE. With a perfect round head. Doctor was more than impressed with the head control and his adoration for tummy time!! I commented that we use Brita filtered water for Jasper when our Spring water runs out and we have noticed a pattern of fussiness, gassiness and just plain misery associated with using the filtered water. He said he does not care much for Brita, they think they are doing a good thing by filtering out calcium ( which is teh ONLY thing they filter!) but they replace it with SODIUM! Well the sodium has dehydrated my little guy. I usually only made him a bottle or two every few days if a gallon jug ran out, but it was reeking havoc on his insides. Constipated for days and just so upset. Poor thing. The doctor recommended that even WE do not drink the filtered water. It will dehydrate you. Oh and another FYI, Nursery Water actually has too much fluoride in it for babies! Who knew!
Ok so back to the shots. Jas was to have only 6 but his weight ( 14 lbs 11 oz) put him in the second shot classification for the 16 week olds! So they were able to go ahead and give him an additional 2...so he had 8 inoculations total! Only three needles pierced his beautiful skin and of course the oral rotavirus.
OK so a much needed swim after all that...and Jasper slept for 5 hours straight ( typical with shots) and let Krysten Bay and Pip and I sun ourselves and swim. Today was logged as hottest day of the year. Got up to 108 or something ridiculous!

National Night Out 2011!!
Day 38-
On day 38, Tuesday, my morning started with Kelly services giving me my final training and "activating" me in the system. Activation means that Duval school board has approved me as a sub, all background checks came in and I am ready to roll. That went fine and I headed home about 11. Jasper was to have his shots at 2 but when we got there we were informed that he was supposed to go to their other office up on Kinglsey, ten minutes away, the scheduler had put us in the wrong place. I did not want to go to that office or that side of town so I asked if we could stay here and reschedule. This office is less than a minutes from our house...and is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood! She was so accommodating and kind and put us in as the first appointment of the day for today (Wednesday). I decided on the way home to call the CDC to find out the status of the kids on the wait list. It was then I became very discouraged to find out the kids have been moved down even further on the wait list. A large group of military just came in and a lot were single parents which take priority of course. Ahh well, at least Linda got that job right!? Speaking of Linda we had quite a great time at NNO last night.

The "28th Annual National Night Out" (NNO), a unique crime/drug prevention event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW), has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, 2011 (Texas will celebrate on October 4th, 2011). We cordially invite you and your community to be a part of our NIGHT OUT 2011 team.
Last year's National Night Out campaign involved citizens, law enforcement agencies, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials from over 15,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases worldwide. In all, over 37 million people participated in National Night Out 2010.

So apart from a great night of swimming in the pool on base later than normal, there was free food (excellent too!) music, the crime dog whom my children adore and the opportunity to meet all the NAS JAX police and mingle with other military and DOD families. It was so great to hang out with my husband and have Linda there to help with the kids and just be awesome company! I have to say the highlight for myself and both girls, was all the attention they received while getting fingerprinted and their photos taken for the national data base. They now have a CD each with all their info pictures fingerprints, and a DNA kit on the way to the government! I have an ID card to print for each. Jasper was especially funny with his tiny little fingers. We only did his thumbs. Part of me feels like they have been violated and I pray they don't do anything wrong as teens because Big brother has you under his thumb now kiddos! The men that ran this are free masons and were just so kind. They all commented how amazingly gorgeous Pip's picture came out...she is looking slightly to the left ( a little Mitch Hedburg quote there for ya). We swam, we ate, we mingled, we played bounce house, we went home and passed out! I am pretty sure Linda got hit on by a single (Tiger Woodsy lookin) father with his 4 year old. Advances were ignored however, but hey you can't help but feel flattered right? GO Linda! :) Girls had a great time seeing daddy in his uniform and meeting his work buddies. And apparently daddy knew who was in the McGruff crime dog costume and encouraged the girls to tackle and harass him....and of course they always listen to daddy!
So shots attempt #2 for Jasper on Wednesday! Nothing else planned. Waiting for the school year to start...and the work to start rolling in, until then, Happy Summer.
